On Christmas Eve we get a fairly early start and do brunch at my Mom & Dad's with my Earl Daddy (mom's Dad) and some of that side of the family.
After breakfast, Grace and I rode into town to run some errands and then over to my friends Bridget's house to exchange presents with her. Bridget is due in February, so we are very excited to welcome another new little friend into the world very soon!
After we left Bridget's we went home so Grace could nap and I could wrap the piles of presents that needed wrapping! Then it was off to Scott's grandmother's church for their annual Christmas Eve program. It always is a wonderful play and helps remind you of the real reason for Christmas after all of the hustle of present buying, etc that comes with the holidays. It definitely allows you to slow down and really get into the Christmas spirit. After the play we go to the Martin's and exchange presents and visit with them for a while, then it was home to snuggle down and wait for Santa to come!
I could eat her up..she is so precious!!! Hope her cough gets better soon, love you both
